Free chimney inspection
A chimney is one of the most important safety elements in your home and needs to be maintained on a regular basis to ensure any problems can be resolved quickly. We arrange for all of our clients to have up to two chimney flues inspected free of charge by qualified chimney engineers*. Also, providing you renew your policy with us we will arrange for further free chimney inspections every three years. The engineers are able to offer advice, if required, on the type of flue you have, the size of flue your fireplace requires, how to look for any problems and any maintenance that may need to be carried out.
*Chimney inspections are not applicable if you agree to a 'no chimney use' declaration but you will qualify for a 15% discount on your premium.
10% discount for fire retardant sprayed roofs
