Higos Insurance Services has again been awarded the Investor in People Standard, joining over 38,000 organisations in the UK, that have committed to setting a level of good practice for improving performance through their people. The company was first recognised in 2003 with successful re-assessments in 2005 and 2008. Higos provides general insurance products through a network of over 6000 agents, whose primary focus is not insurance, but who are usually IFAs, solicitors and estate agents.Managing Director, Ian Gosden said “I am pleased that our commitment to making sure that we have well trained and professional staff has been recognised yet again by the renewal of our Investor in People accreditation.
