Higos Employee Receives Industry National Prize2012|2011
Higos employee Lucy Marsh has received the prestigious John Poel Prize from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
The John Poel Prize is presented to the individual with the highest performance in completing the Diploma in Insurance. The Diploma examination is a 4 paper test and Lucy passed each with distinction. She will receive a certificate and monetary prize from the sponsor for this accomplishment at an awards ceremony in Bristol later in the year.
The CII is the world’s leading professional organisation for those working in the insurance and financial services industry.
Commercial Account Handler Lucy, who is based in our Somerton office, was thrilled to receive this Prize in recognition of all her hard work and said, “Higos has been very supportive in providing me the opportunity to achieve these insurance qualifications. All the studying has definitely been worthwhile”.
In 2009 Lucy received the CII London Business Interruption Association Prize, for passing an examination with the greatest merit.
