Aviva PoliciesFor customers who have an Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) policy on a Higos scheme, claims can be reported 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All claims are taken over the telephone so you will not need to complete a claims form. Once we have recorded the information, we will send a summary to you to sign and return to us.
Higos offer an in house claims service, which is manned from 8am until 6.30pm weekdays. The out of office claims line number for Aviva policies ONLY is 0800 0515 059.
We will make sure we follow up your claim within 48 hours of the incident being reported to us.
For claims up to £10,000 we directly appoint Aviva’s contractors for a stress free claims service:
- Asprea - Buildings
- Homeserve - Glass
- Ival (Powerplay) - Contents
- Allied - Carpets
You may also use your own contractor, as long as authorisation is provided first.
Other Insurance Companies
Higos will take full claim details from you and will then advise your insurance company. We will make sure you are called within 48 hours of reporting the incident to us.
