Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is only valid to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  2. The competition closing date is Sunday, 20th August 2023.
  3. The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday, 22nd August 2023.
  4. The winner will be notified by phone or email that they have won within 14 days of the draw date of the competition.
  5. It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name will be used for publicity and promotional purposes and that the winners agrees to allow Higos to use their name for Marketing purposes.
  6. Higos reserves the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
  7. Prize is a signed One Day Cup team shirt.
  8. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  9. By entering this competition you are agreeing to Higos contacting you regarding your insurance needs approximately 30 days prior to your renewal date.
  10. By entering this competition you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  11. The prize draw is being run by Higos Insurance Services .
  12. Higos Insurance Services staff, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are excluded from the draw.
  13. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  14. The prize draw is free to enter.
  15. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
