The following is the typical profile of a new Higos recruit.
Education, Qualifications & Training
A minimum standard of Maths and English GCSE Grade “C” is preferred, together with IT literacy and evidence of continuous professional development.
Previous work experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates must be seeking permanent career opportunities with scope for future advancement.
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given.
Skills and Abilities
Confident telephone manner, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, able to prioritise and deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Drive and enthusiasm, commitment, desire to succeed, willingness to learn, professional attitude, self motivated.
