Higos Staff Raise Money For Prince's TrustMonday 31st October 2011

A group of Higos Insurance Services staff completed a Halloween themed sponsored walk on Saturday 29 October, raising funds for the Prince's Trust.

The team started their journey outside the Higos office in Street, before walking to the Higos offices in Glastonbury and Wells.  The final leg of the challenge saw the team walk to the company's headquarters at Bath Road, Wells, where they were greeted by the Mayor of Wells, Councillor Danny Unwin.  In total the sponsored walk raised approximately £400 for the Prince's Trust.

The sponsored walk was the latest event a team of Higos staff - named Team Ignite - are organising as part of the 'Million Makers - The Corporate Challenge', which requires teams of aspiring entrepreneurs to work together to raise £10,000 for the Prince's Trust over a period of six months.

The Higos staff who took part in the sponsored walk were Charlotte Eggleton, Will Gledhill, Kari Clarke, Emily Wright, Natalie Eggleton, Emma Edwards, Ed Varley, Zoe Hopson and Anthony Duckett.  The team are pictured below, together with Councillor Unwin.

Anyone who would like to donate to the sponsored walk can still do so at the Team Ignite website, which can be found at
