Commercial Insurance Award Winner 2021
Higos Insurance were part of the winning side who recently won the Commercial Insurance Broker 2021 of the year award.
The award was organised by the Insurance Times. Higos works as a Commercial Broker and won because of outstanding NPS customer satisfaction score. NPS stands for Net Promoter Score which is used to measure the loyalty of customers to a company. The other elements to the win were, continued growth for a Business Insurance Broker and whilst delivering great service to customers.
