Higos become Official Partner with Somerset Cricket Club
Higos are pleased to announce that we have become an Official Partner of Somerset County Cricket Club.
Matthew Hartigan, Managing Director of Higos Insurance Services said, “I am delighted to enter into a commercial Partnership with Somerset County Cricket Club (SCCC). We look forward to a long and successful association with the club and wish all of the teams well for the forthcoming season.”
SCCC are the only County Cricket Club in the region, serving North Somerset, North East Somerset, Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, and Dorset. They have over 1 million social media followers across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. They stream all of their games live and during 2021 had 96 million video views of their live games.
Matthew went onto say, “Higos was originally founded in Somerset back in 1990 and now has offices from Somerset to Dorset, Devon to Cornwall. Somerset has always been our heartland and our 200-plus Higos staff will continue to be rooted here. SCCC will allow us to have an even larger impression and allow us to promote our insurance brand in front of a much larger audience and help us make contact with more individuals and businesses around us".

The Somerset Cricket Foundation raises funds for charities and worthy causes and provides positive experiences to inspire people of all ages and abilities to become involved in sport", said Matthew.

The Higos branding will be placed on the Royal London Cup shirt. Higos will become SCCC’s preferred insurance partner for travel, car, home, property, business and commercial insurance.
