For customers who have an Aviva policy on a Higos scheme, claims can be reported 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Higos offer an in house claims service, which is manned from 9am until 5.30pm weekdays. The out of office claims line number for Aviva policies ONLY is 0800 0515 059.
We will make sure we follow up your claim within 48 hours of the incident being reported to us.
You may also use your own contractor, as long as authorisation is provided first.

Higos will take full claim details from you and will advise your insurance company. We will make sure you are called within 48 hours of reporting the incident to us.
Outside of Higos opening hours and in the event of an emergency, please do what you can to minimise the loss and prevent the occurence of further damages - insurers expect customers to do all they reasonably can to mitigate their loss, whether this is appointing a plumber or electrician or contacting a locksmith to make a property secure. Please do all that you can to ensure your property is safe and secure.
