As the Government advice develops further in relation to COVID 19 we can confirm that with effect from today, all of our staff are now enabled to work from home. This means that all incoming calls will be answered and all queries by email can be dealt with in the usual manner.

Renewing Your Travel Insurance-Covid 19 Pandemic.

The FCO have advised against travel and Higos are currently unable to issue any new travel insurance policies. We will review this on the 31st of March 2020 unless anything changes in the meantime,  and once reviewed, we will update our customers and continue to keep them updated as things change.

April Covid-19 Renewing Your Travel Insurance Update.

Higos have reviewed our stance on the current Covid 19 pandemic for obtaining new and renewing travel insurance policies. At this time Higos will remain unchanged and are currently unable to issue any new or renew any travel insurance policies.
