As one of our agents you’ll be given a unique agency number and password and you can submit your leads online 24/7. You’ll get a notification as soon as your lead’s received can track the progress of each case via our website using a dedicated agency portal and we’re here with technical support if you need it.

You can request an account by submitting your details on our Request an Account form. Your username will be your Higos Agency Number and we’ll let you know your initial password as soon as we’ve set up your account. We recommend that you change your temporary password as soon as you can. Your password will need to meet certain criteria – we’ll tell you more when you login to create one.

If you can’t remember your password you can request a new one on the login page.

Simply click on the ‘Add a new lead’ link and enter your client’s details. We’ll need some mandatory information from you, marked with a red asterisk. Then just click Submit Lead.

On the Search by Surname page, type in ‘%’ (the percentage sign) then click on Search. You’ll see all your leads.

Enter the correspondence address in the address fields and type the address of the property to be insured in the 'Other Information' box.

No. Fill in the form for just one of the insurance products and submit it. On the submitted page, you will see a Create another lead request button. Click on this button and you’ll be taken to a new form with all of the client contact details already filled in. Simply enter the quote details for the next insurance product and submit the form. You can do this for as many different products as the client requires.
