How our Agency Service works
Over the last three decades we’ve come to realise that everyone and every businesses is unique. So rather than try to compartmentalise your clients, we invest our time in genuinely getting to know them and the risks they face. We then use our expertise and underwriting skills to find precisely the right policy or insurance programme for them from a panel of over 200 leading and niche insurers from AXA to Zurich. We also have unrestricted access to the Lloyds markets and in-house underwriters and all backed by our exceptional claims management service.
There are two simple ways for you to recommend one of your clients for any of our Personal Lines general insurance products and you’ll get full support from our new business team throughout the process.
Introduced Cases
- Submit online or simply email your client's needs and contact details to newleads@higos.co.uk.
- We’ll contact your client and confirm when we’ve made contact. (If we can’t get hold of your client at the time arranged we’ll try again and keep you informed of the situation.)
- You’ll automatically be notified on the Lead Tracking System when a lead has progressed and you can view the status of the lead at any time.
Appointed Representatives/Advising Principals (On products where proven competent)
- Complete the appropriate Higos Needs Statement.
- Email the form to us.
We’ll provide a quotation with a full breakdown of cover provided within 24 hours. In some instances, if you need an immediate quotation, we may be able to deal with your enquiry over the phone.
Commercial Lines Insurance
We are not able to give advice on commercial products unless you have insurance experience. Instead we have a number of specific departments that will cater for medium to large commercial risks. Where premiums are likely to exceed £10,000 per annum we can visit your clients to provide a full review of their insurance needs and you’re welcome to join us at this meeting.
Just submit your clients details online with our Lead Tracking System or email the details using an Introducer Lead Form. We’ll deal directly with your client and keep you updated during key points of the process.
