Exam Success For Caroline!Tuesday 13th December 2011
Higos Insurance Services Acquisitions Co-ordinator Caroline Webster has achieved the sought-after Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII).
The ACII designation from the Chartered Insurance Institute highlights a high level of technical awareness and demonstrates parity with other professionals such as accountants and solicitors.
Higos is recognised in the industry for its commitment to staff training and development. More than three-quarters of its staff have achieved or are working towards formal insurance exams and it has industry-leading pass rates.
HR Director Julian Unthank said: “We put formal qualifications at the heart of our business because we recognise the strong link between the knowledge and professionalism of staff and the quality of service we offer our clients.
“Our congratulations go to Caroline. This achievement reflects her dedication and hard work and we are looking forward to providing the help and support for colleagues who want to follow in her footsteps.”
Caroline said that gaining her final points to qualify for ACII required her taking – and passing first time – three IF (Certificate in Insurance) exams in just 10 days during October. A few days later she rounded off a successful month by collecting a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from Yeovil College.
After a holiday in the US, she has now returned to work where she is plotting new learning for the New Year. “I’m looking forward to enjoying some time without having to revise for formal exams, but I’ll probably take a French course to see if I can improve my language fluency.”
