SCCC Free Prize Draw Winner Revealed
At Higos, we're proud to announce on Sunday the 2nd July, Higos attended the Somerset V Kent T20 Somerset County Cricket Club (SCCC) game to promote our SCCC free prize draw. After receiving an astonishing 115 entries into our free prize, Liam Screech was chosen at random as our winner. We would like to congratulate Liam who has won an SCCC 2023 Championship Shirt and signed by the team captain Tom Abell, plus 4 tickets to the One Day Cup Match in August.
Our Marketing Manager Michael Tierney presented the prize to Liam and his children Theo and Sophie who said “Thanks Michael, you’ve made his year”.
Our Official Partnership
Our connection with cricket doesn’t stop there! Last year Higos became an official partner of the Club. We decided to continue and improve our partnership for 2023 by donating to the Somerset Cricket Foundation (SCF) every time a new insurance policy is taken out with us from an SCCC or SCF referral . Jon Bendle the Managing Director of the charity said, “I am thrilled with this partnership that will greatly assist with our grassroots growth of cricket”.
- For every new SCF personal based insurance policy taken out, Higos will pay £25 to SCF
- For every new SCF commercial based insurance policy taken out, Higos will pay £50 or 50% of our insurer commission (whichever is the lower) to SCF
